The staff at this hotel is very friendly and eager to help with any needs. Even the housekeeping staff are friendly and glad to get you anything you may need. The suite was a little dated but spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. The shower had good water pressure & got hot right away. The check-in & check-out staff were friendly & helpful. We didn't have the room service or eat the breakfast so we can't rate those.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room employee is outstanding as far as keeping the different foods replenished and the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The staff was courteous and it was obvious they took pride in their work and enjoyed what they do. The AC worked wonderfully. The rooms were very nice and clean. Pet free was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen. I have allergies. I would recommend staying at the San Angelo Best Western and plan to stay there on my next visit.
