Many issues with room. It got worse. Poor drainage in bath, cracked sink, condensation from AC drained into bath, cockroaches. No remote for AC, phone in room did not work so no way to contact front desk, limited towels, ice bucket and plastic leaked. We did not know this. When we returned, water had ruined the Kleenex box which there wasn’t one in holder. The water encircled my curling iron and makeup … big mess. With no remote to AC, we were looking for a way to turn it up. The filter had not been cleaned in a long time and all of that fuzzy dust stuff went on bed. Tried to contact Expedia several times. No response. Micheal, who just started at front desk, was so helpful and apologized for all the trouble. Killed an afternoon for us trying to to rectify. Other issues. It was exhausting. We haven’t received a discount with Expedia yet, even though it was confirmed. We kept finding things even afterwards. We are not people to complain, but this was unbelievable when this place received “very good” ratings. It was very upsetting.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Very out dated, booked a room for 4 and only had 2 towels, tiny couch for the pullout bed, AC drains in the shower so you get dripped on by condensation while trying to shower. We wanted a day of swimming and games but no food offered until 5pm. for the price you'd think it was a luxury establishment. NOT! We left and moved to another place a day early so we could sleep comfortably.

Well worth staying. Great for families

Hotel was clean but dated. They are doing upgrades which you could tell. Bathroom/tub was very clean. Breakfast was great and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again and look forward to how the hotel is post renovation. Great for kids as it has many child friendly amenities.

Bring your own everything

The game room looked good online but then all the games were broken and just took our money. The toilet in our room kept breaking and there were 2 a large lines across the screen of the tv and we were told they were free tv’s so nobody could complain. Lots of hair in the pool. I was really grossed out by this place. I wouldn’t stay again. Staff was friendly but ineffective.

My Issue was with checking in. The lady assigned me Room 101. I took the key card and parked in front of my room. I used the key card to unlock my door and when I opened there was a man sitting on the bed getting dressed and asked me what I was doing in his room. I showed him my key card, marked 101 he said he was in 101 and for me to get out of his room. I went back to the front desk and was assigned Room 102, not even a buffer away from the resident in 101 who was already unhappy with me.

We had a nice stay. Property is a little dated but not bad. It seemed like a great place for families with small kids. There is a large pool and games area in the atrium. It was very busy on a Friday evening due to the kids. We had a "interior facing" room which gets a lot of noise from the pool area. But the noise ends quickly when the pool shuts down at night. We did hang out in the bar which was nice. The bartender (Tunisha-sorry if that's misspelled) was handling everything well despite being short handed by at least one server. Drinks were great, food was decent. I would stay there again if in town.
