Airport shuttle service was fantastic. Check in process was smooth. Room was old and run down. Bathroom was dirty with old client hair. Beds were broken down and all pillows had lumps and provided no support or comfort.

Ice machines broken, no coffee pods, tub was damaged, pillows too hard and lumpy, bed too soft, room keys didn't work several times even though they were never taken out of sleeve, hot tub had 2 dangerous suction vents inside which the patron had his toe accidently stuck and injured. Staff was nice, breakfast was lousy. Disappointed in overall stay
