We stayed here with our volleyball team for a tournament. Overall, the hotel itself was okay. Rooms were decent and the staff was polite. The pool is very small, so don’t plan on much time there. The biggest issue was parking. The parking lot is extremely small and clearly oversold. Guests are charged $13 per day, yet the lot is not monitored at all. During our stay, one of our vehicles was broken into in the hotel parking lot. When the issue was reported, the hotel said they would call the police but did not take any meaningful action or follow-up. Given that they charge for parking, security should absolutely be provided. Because of the lack of security, I would never stay here again, especially when traveling with a team or multiple vehicles.

Heater did not work in the room. When asked at the front desk I was told I could get one extra blanket. It was 30 degrees that morning outside. We had two beds in our room and we get one blanket??? I was told they would comp me for parking ($12) which was not taken off my final bill. In addition….why are you charging for parking? There is no valet, no guard but yet charging to park in your lot???? Truck was broken into the night prior to us getting there.

The hotel itself was wonderful, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and comfortable. The noise however ruined it for us. The floor above is not anywhere near soundproof and we could hear every step someone took up there. There is also an auto repair shop right door who must work on cars late in the night as the hoon around the block and back with seriously loud cars late into the night. If that wasn’t next door it would be a much nicer stay. But the hotel itself is great, just the noise for a family with young children it isn’t a great option unfortunately.

The hotel was very clean, safe, convenient, and walkable distance to shopping. Parking can be a hassle at nighttime since it does get a little crowded. However, management did a great job with accommodating me with my stay and assisting me with parking. Overall, awesome stay and I will be returning for additional vacation days.

Staff was courteous and room was clean; However, misrepresented amenities included,such as pool availability, quality of breakfast, etc. The pool was not closed nor did it have signs of being out of service. Water looked foggy, I asked and was told it was avaliable for swim and that it was cleaned weekly. I wasn't convinced, I asked third time and it was then that i was told that the filter had not been working so pool was out of service, i still did not see the pool showing closed. I have 2 young boys that were excited to swim and indisted to since pool appeared to be open and avaliable.
