The staff is fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. It was clean upon arrival. Requested maid service after 2nd day. She came, but only changed the towels out. The bathroom floor wasn’t mopped, so footprints were there the entire time. The other issue was with the toilet. Has an unpleasant looking stain in the bottom. Maintenance should replace it.

Everything was great! The only thing that was inconvenient was having to walk up the stairs to get to the entrance with suitcases and coolers.They should probably have a wheel chair ramp it would be alot more convenient.

I was not impressed with my stay. The couch in the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The air conditioning never cooled below 71 degrees, which made the room uncomfortable. Parking was inconvenient as well—it was paid parking, and both the parking key and our room key hardly worked. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were nice. The women working at the hotel were wonderful and very helpful, but unfortunately the men were not nearly as friendly. Overall, aside from the bed and the kindness of a few staff members, I would not choose to stay here again.

What a cool place! I love the historical aspect. The entrance itself was gorgeous. I like that it was quietly tucked away from all the hustle and bustle yet steps away from any and everything you could need. I would stay here again 100%.

The property is so conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. There's a lot of foot traffic in the area so you feel safe walking to different areas and attractions. The staff was soooo friendly. The only thing I'd say needed improvement is that they should have fresh oatmeal instead of packets; but I'm just picky about that. The hot breakfast was very good.

Location was great not far from the riverwalk. Only downside was parking. Having to pay extra to park on the side of the building or still having to pay and then parking about a block away was my only issue.

We were surprised for the daily $15-20 parking fee. This was not communicated well in the hotel information. The breakfast was fantastic and the attendant Lucy was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Breakfast was included and was great ! The staff is nice and rolls were very clean . Location in a great area the only downside is the parking . You do have to walk half a block around hotel to park .
