The hotel was lovely and clean. Rooms were spacious and breakfast was good. Danielle on reception was very friendly and very helpful if you needed anything she attended to it. She was so pleasant and very efficient at her job.

The room was fine. The bathroom was not. There was lukewarm water the entire time in the shower. We reported it and multiple times they said they fixed it, yet the showers were not warm. The tub took over an hour to fill - hoping the water would be warmer, but after waiting that long it was also cold. Never once were we offered to change rooms. We checked in twice a day with staff and messages were not relayed between shifts. After long physical days at work on a business trip, it was just not the way we wanted to end our day with a cold shower.

clean rooms and clean pool. i have to give them a 3 because first room the tub was not draining completely and tub was slippery. 2nd room the sink wasn't draining at all. both time tue staff helped us out.staff was very helpful.
