Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war super, eine grosse auswahl am Buffet. Das ein und aus checken war sehr schnell und zuvorkommend. Die Dünnen vor dem Hotel sind einzigarten, vor allem am Abend aus dem Hotel Restauraunt el oasis beim Sonnen untergang. Das Shopping Center und Strand ist in 10-20 Minuten zu fuss erreichbar. Somit ein gemütlicher Spaziergang.

Excellent Hôtel

Très bel hôtel situé devant les splendides dunes de maspalomas. Très bon accueil, repas délicieux

Bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la d'une et l'océan , qualité du service impeccable, le personnel attentif, la restaurant propose de bons plats varies

Mukavaa oli

Upea paikka ja aivan ihana henkilökunta. Wifi olisi saanut olla parempi (toimi vain aulassa), mitään muuta huonoa ei tule mieleen.

Kodikas ja loistelias yhtäaikaa

Rauhallinen sijainti, mutta kuitenkin keskeisellä paikalla. Meri lähellä, merinäköala. Hyvin siisti. Tunnelma hotellissa ystävällinen ja palvelu melkeinpä henkilökohtaista. Hyvin kaunis hotelli ja sisustus onnistunut.

Hyvää palvelua

Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja henkilökunta erittäin palveluhaluista. Ruoka oli hyvätasoista ja monipuolista. Moite tulee siitä, ettei huoneessa ollut kunnollista nettiyhteyttä ja pinnat olivat jo melko kuluneita.
