Great experience

The staff was very friendly, the room was very nice and clean. Check in was very quick. Though they were having a/c issues up front, the staff was fantastic and dealt with it with all smiles. Would definitely return.

The staff here is very friendly and very attentive. Pedro makes the best omelets in the morning. I have 2 cats that travel with me and 1 always manages to hide under the king bed. Maint. Comes to help get her out each time and always with a smile and a laugh. The jacuzzi is wonderful after a 7 hour day of driving

Have stayed here at least 5 times. This time was just ok. The bed was way too soft and my wife and I had to sleep on the edges or it would push us together from sloping inward. It was room 249. Every other time we have stayed here was great.

When In Doubt - Just Stay Here!

This is truly a hidden gem! We booked this location Mother's Day weekend...everyone at the front desk demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and genuine attentiveness to our family's requests. The check-in process was smooth and very expeditious. My aunt and uncle absolutely raved about the spacious nature of the room - including the high ceilings. Unlike many other properties, this hotel includes a microwave just in case you still have yummy leftovers. In addition, the continental breakfast included an action station where you could have your eggs cooked to your liking! I cannot say enough about this location and will continue to book this hotel for family during my next stay in the IE!
