Our 1st room the tv didn’t work. We were switched to another room but I think the people before us had a pet because there was urine on the floor by the bed.

Property could use some updating but it was clean. The room was muggy/damp feeling and the air conditioning was not on. I turned on the air conditioning but it took the rest of the day and into the early morning to really feel like it was working full force. The air should be turned on high so when guests arrive it is cold and comfortable. Guests can always turn to low or turn it off. But it’s hard to cool down when you let the room get warm and stuffy.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and it turned out that there only exists a king bed room. No refound, no compensation, just a sentance said "give me better service". I don't know where's going wrong, maybe themselves, maybe Expedia, but i have to say that the experience was terrible.

It was nice, good pool. Rooms where just what you need clean bed clean bathrooms. Staff was great and friendly. They serve breakfast, eggs sausage, muffins toast, waffles coffe juice, good breakfast before heading out in san diego

Room was dark and dim. Very little lighting inside the room. Definitely needs maintenance in the bathroom. Was given accessible room not requested. Didn't feel comfortable with drapes open on first floor with apt bldg next door and a window that opened.
