It’s ok. Pool area great including the restaurant that serves poolside. A bit old and only provided caffeine free coffee (huh??? Checked housekeeping cart and all caffeine free) Don’t love high parking fee. You won’t be upset.. you won’t be wowed either. But it’s a good safe and nice place to stay.

Overall, property, venues, pool and area looked fitting and nice. Would say the parking came to a surprise to myself but nothing to gripe about just unexpected. Only downside is I feel some members of the staff should be just a little more kind other then that place was great

The staff was not very friendly when we brought up concerns we had. There was a prom/dance event at the hotel the weekend we stayed. They put us with all the high school kids. They were so loud and disturbing. Invading our space and using profanity. They partied until 2am. The blasted music right next door. When we asked to move they stated they were full even though they were not. Our keys stopped working mid stay. They were rude when replacing them. They took them and would not give them back until I went and got my ID. They stopped working an hour later. And we had to go back and get another set. We called the next night about the noise. I took videos of the noise we could hear from our room. Music blaring and guys singing along. It took forever for them to even acknowledge what we were going through. They claimed they couldn’t hear the noise.
