Needs Better Cleaning and Soundproofing

The bathtub was very dirty, and the water didn’t drain properly. I’m not sure if the sheets had been changed. There was also a lot of noise from airplanes.

The first room we had was horrible. The door hit the toilet and carpet and furniture were stained. The noise from the road was horrible too. Thankfully Angel was super about moving us the next day to a newer quieter room. Location is good and the staff was amazing.

While the staff was very nice and accommodating, our original room had a leak which caused water to fall onto our plugged in AC. Our new room (which they switched us quickly), was not private like the original reservation. Instead, it was meant to be a connected room. The guests in the next room were loudly partying and it sounded as if I was in the room with them due to the connecting doors. I complained twice that night and did not get any sleep. Instead of taking money off of my bill, I was given points instead. So, in all, I paid the full $224 to listen to a room full of men partying until I finally fell asleep around 2:30 am. I was exhausted the following day so it was hard to enjoy my trip. I rarely travel so I’m not even sure when I will use the points, we only stayed one night.

Was a nice stay

The room was nice and comfortable, employees very friendly. The only thing that was tough was the parking garage. The parking was very narrow and tight fits.
