The room was good size for family, the breakfast was complete, we like it, the personal was kind, the only thing wrong was that the parking very difficult if you have a big car it may not be the best choice. Very narrow the spaces to get to parking lot

Very good place to stay!

The location was great. It was in the middle of downtown so it was easy to get to places. The place was clean. Breakfast was great. The parking lot was a bit narrow getting around but was adequate. The USB ports were not very good. Kinda old. It would be nice if they updated those. Couldn't fully charge my phone without a block. It was a bit annoying that you had to get a separate elevator key, that our room key just didn't take care of that.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. This gentlemen with dark, curly hair and a beard (who was working the front desk and not wearing a name tag) was rude, inattentive, and unhelpful. He didn’t mention the IHG rewards program when I first got to the hotel (which is free and included a lot of perks that helped me save money). Instead, he charged me full price for the parking which was $38/night. This other employee at the front desk named Mira was great! She educated me about the program and took her time to explain the process on how to sign up. She told me by being a member, I could check in early for free and save $10/night on parking. That other gentlemen did not care about the customer or their needs; he was just doing the bare minimum. During check out, that same gentleman assisted me. When he gave me the receipt, I noticed that he charged me three times for parking instead of two. He charged me twice for the same night (one for $38 and one for $28) and the following night for $28. When I brought it to his attention, he gave me attitude and said I was wrong. He insisted that only two-night parking was charged. When I asked him to take another look, he did not admit to his mistake or apologize to me. He just processed the refund and gave me a new receipt. Whoever this gentleman was, he needs to be accounted for. Due to this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.

Front desk very helpful

The front desk was wonderful and helpfully. The room smelled a bit. Almost like a group of sweaty boys had been there.

Pros: The hotel was clean and beds were comfy. Con: I ordered Uber Eats my last night at the hotel and met the Uber driver out front. I gave the driver my code and I guess he didn’t hear it or write it down because about 5 minutes later, the male Uber driver KNOCKED ON MY ROOM DOOR. I’m a female, solo traveler, traveling for work. He could not have known my room number without being told by an employee. Definitely a scary situation! The 4 previous nights were okay (neighbor room fighting a lot, not hotels fault) but there should definitely be a policy in place to not give out room numbers of guests to strangers.

It was a place to sleep - but the cleanliness of the halls and the narrowness of the parking garage was frustrating. The pool wasn’t heated and my room was not like the pics. Trivial stuff but for the price I paid, I’d have expected better. They were quick to respond to texted questions which was appreciated.

Kinda disappointed

Parking issues for large suv. Room was hot despite a/c running low. Bathroom had lots of dust bunnies in shower and fan. Toilet was right behind door and was very tight in the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kristina was great and had excellent customer service.
