Room is clean, ample parking space at site. However, staff service is poor, TV remote was not working and staff was not available for any room service, we were asked to come and collect remote at front desk and when we went, staff mentioned that there is no working remote. Also bathroom door is congested, going in and out of bathroom was not convenient due to the narrow space.

The room was clean, and the breakfast options were limited to four items. The parking situation was very tight, which caused my car to get scratched. The front desk staff were not friendly; they treated interactions like a mechanical transaction.

The only complaint was the room smelled a bit musty. We left the window opened and that solved the problem.

The person who checked us in only said "hello" asked for ID and handed me over the keys. I had to ask him how to get to my room and if there was an elevator. No intructions on the breakfast and location of the dinning room or any other welcoming instructions. Hotel looked better in pictures; a bit run down overall.
