With my Dad not doing well, I've had to come back more frequently and a few of those times, the price and dates matched up...and I stayed here at Pleasant Inn. Each time has been welcoming, comfortable and clean. The staff tend to, overall, have a mindset of keeping the place inside/outside at a high level of clean--Hard to do when it's an older building, but they seem to care and I appreciate that.

The staff was SO friendly and helpful! Our room was super clean, pillows are a bit small and not that comfortable but overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The room was very nice looked clean but sadly i was awaken up at 230 A.M. by bugs crawling on me and the wall so i got my belongings and checked out by 3am the staff was very understanding refunded my stay but still to be asleep one minute and woken up by bugs aint cool at all .

If you are looking for great value place to stay near San Diego, this place is comfortable and laid back. No frills but everything we needed. Easy parking. Several decent choices for food nearby. And mini fridge! Would stay again.

Everything was great with the property, especially the parking. I just like a firmer mattress and the pillows were like decorative pillows and quite firm. It wasn’t terrible and I would definitely stay there again. Great value for money.

Great location in Clairemont area of San Diego. Motel is basic but clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, and it was quiet at night. No problems.
