The Sheraton is a great place for kids, with lots of things to do. Very nice staff and clean, modern property.

Firstt room had an odor but amazing view . They politely moved us down to 6th floor. Lost are amazing view i paid for and to make it better the door knob to the bathroom came off so we couldnt even close the door when we used the bathroom. They said they would send maintenance immediately. They never showed. And our last night someone toss a wine bottle ar oie door ans farbage at 3am . Scaring me awake. Will not be back

5 stars. Fresh out of surgery had a hard time with the door. Would recommend door stops for the rooms. I'm a water scientist and tap water is not ideal, even in Mexico the hotels provide bottled water. I'm paying 50 bucks for a meal which was amazing! But it was served with tap water. It's 2025 get with it... The service was amazing all the employees go above and beyond I'm very happy overall.

I would have given you 5 stars overall but two things we did not like. First, there were only one or maybe two restaurants.Secondly, and most important, we had a 6:30 check-in for a flight to Honolulu, and we had tons of heavy luggage as we have moved there. We went to the lobby and NO ONE was there! We found a maid and she called the security guard and he was kind enough to move our bags down and onto the shuttle bus to the terminal. He was great and we gave him a $ 20 tip. If not for him we might have missed our plane! All of the wait staff and bartenders were extremely friendly and efficient.
