Great location! Needs cleaning improvement.

The location is excellent and views of the bay are the best! The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. There were crumbs on the ground and coffee stains on walls and celings which means those areas are not wipes often. When we asked the cleaner to come in and vaccum the food on the ground, she insinuated that we made the mess which was unprofessional.

Would stay here again - great for all ages

We loved the location, you're so close to walk to everything, just steps away from the USS Marine Museum. The breakfast had great variety for all ages. The Bay view were more like a partial Bay view because of how the hotel is designed, but great views with big windows. Wish the rooms were equipped with comfy chairs to relax in front of the windows. The pool was terrific for kids and the patio and pool area had a very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the sunshine or the fire places at night.
