Pros Excellent employees work here... everyone, from housekeeping, front desk, to maintenance were all absolutely fantastic. Clean rooms. Well maintained. Updated bathrooms and decor, premium towels. Cons Unfortunately many of the guests during my stay had a vagrant feel to them. Homelessless has gotten worse around Hotel Circle South in general. Had to switch rooms due to several unruly guest. Smoking outside rooms rather than near the fence. Guest Laundry left much to be desired and was quite expensive.

Overall it was comfortable tho scary everytime we use the elevator because of a sound coming from it.We always thought we'd be trap inside or it will suddenly drop.Front desk ladies are so nice esp.the one assigned today morning.Very friendly,even offered us a take out coffee Close to Old Town but my husband almost always miss the exit going to hotel circle.Very comfortable for the price with bonus breakfast.Thank you,will come back for sure.

The property is located in an area that is pretty close to Old Town and not too far from downtown. The place is unfortunately dated and smells old. I appreciate the location and price, but probably won't be going back. Check-in was simple and quick. Even though parking is only $5 per night, it should be free. Not a horrible stay, but not worth returning.

I knew when I booked this place it wasn't going to be a fancy 5 star hotel but I am extremely disappointed with how my check in process and issues were addressed. I had to pay a deposit online prior to check in, which is understandable, but what didn't make sense is I had to pay another deposit when I tried to get my hotel key at check in? That was never explained to me. Then when I finally checked into my room, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Fine, no big deal, again I know I wasn't checking in to a 5 star hotel. However, I noticed that my A/C wasn't blowing any cool air, we figured maybe it needed time to cool so we left it running and went out for the next 3-4 hours. We get back to our room and the room is still so hot, the A/C still wouldn't blow any cool air. We go to the front desk and explain to them that our A/C doesn't seem to be working properly. The front desk womans response was literally: "well that room A/C just doesn't work". Ok?? If the A/C unit in that room doesn't work, and they are aware of that, why did they let us book that room?? Why let anyone book it? We asked if someone can come look at it atleast, they sent a maintenance person to our room. When maintenance looked at it their response was "I don't know what to tell you, it just doesn't work, it's an old unit". Ok, so we go back to front desk, we ask if they can atleast put us in another room? the answer was no because they are booked, (see my next post after this I need to finish).

We made a reservation for a queen bed and we got a full size. We were so tired from our day and having to get up early Next day we just slept. Then they have a lot of call girls in this facility we kept hearing them walking outside our area doors not shut good you can see and hear through the sides
