The pool area was closed for remodeling, and we basically stayed in the place because we wanted to have a swim for the day. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked wonders. Only problem was that the shower was dirty, there was hair and the floor was not cleaned well. It smelled like it was cleaned, but not professionally.

The pool was closed! Sporadic housekeeping. They’d changed us $1.50 per night for an in room safe. But, the safe did not work. I was told I would receive a refund, but I didn’t. Nice staff.

Upon arriving at checkin time there was a line of 6 people before me, and only one clerk working. He was doing his best. But was very stressed. He apologized to everyone several times, the other clerk was running late. When I finally got my turn, checking in went smoothly until we were told the pool and hot tub were not going to be available for the length of the stay. Then asked “Is that going to be ok?”😄 I was not smiling by then. What could we do? I’ve already paid in full and left a deposit now the only amenities they have will be unavailable. Very disappointed. I hope there is no problem with my deposit refund which will take a few days.
