The airport bus was not on time. It is supposed to come ever 30 minutes but I waited almost 55 minutes for it! The driver did not apologize for the delay or explain why the shuttle was delayed, but instead, he told me that I was supposed to give him tips.

It was mostly an ok stay. However, on Saturday night they allowed someone to have extremely loud booming music with people whooping and screaming very loudly until midnight. I called to see what was going on and they said someone was celebrating their birthday and the music would end by 11:30. It did not and I had a 3 year old with me who has trouble sleeping anyway. It woke her up and she was screaming and I had to stay up with her super late. Sunday mornings they have a church that gathers there and is also extremely loud. The noise in the pool area is deafening. I am a lifelong embassy suites loyalist. But I won’t stay at this one again. The breakfast was also very lackluster and the staff was super rude.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the water. You can take a nice stroll along the walkway. It’s a very safe hotel with plenty of parking. This is one of the few hotel that have fee parking. Staff are friendly and honestly I could have just stayed all day in that hotel. We didn’t have time to explore more of it.

Overall a clean hotel. Chairs were a little worn but ok. Breakfast is included ( good for travelers with kids) and has good options. The staff was friendly and accommodating to special requests. Driving distance to major attractions in San Francisco was reasonable.
