Some streets nearby 7th street were safe, but avoid the alleys which felt unsafe. Also avoid Mission St. and use Market St. instead for the same reason.

Overall good experience. The staff are incredibly nice and very sweet. The breakfast is a small choice and is more of sweets and snacks rather than actual breakfast. The hotel room was super clean and neat. There is no fridge in the rooms, which is a con. Overall, recommend.

The beds were so comfy and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. There was some hair in the shower, (wasn’t ours) and the area was a bit sketchy. But other than that the stay was enjoyable.

Filthy. Staff Does Not care. My room was not cleaned prior to checkin. Stains on sheets, bandaids and used cottonballs on thr floor, greasy hand prints all over windows and furniture, sticky floor. Let front desk know, left for hours sp they could clean, came back still not clean and lied and said the do not disturb was on the door and they couldnt come in... yet some how did come in to remake with the same filthy sheets i pulled off yhe bed. This is a one star motel, filthy, and not as advertised. For the close to $400 non refundable a night i was chsrged, i should expect at minimum a sanitary space. Hotel also refused to refund me so i could find a different jotel, even after they twice failed and acknowledged they failed to provide a clean room
