We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fiona. We had a family room and my wife, 2 children - 13 and 10 had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Use of the pool was great. The room was good and cleaned well every day. The location was good for getting around. Downsides were that the room was dark with no main light in the middle of the room and a huge tree stopping any outside light getting in through the window. The shower was difficult to get working. The location was next to a road where there was a lot of vagrancy. Despite this we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is not in the best area but the rooms are individually decorated and quirky. The on-site parking was convenient. The staff was friendly.

The rooms are very spacious and you are a shrot walk to a major station. The sound isolation isnt the best so you will hear others through the door. If that doens bother you then it is a good place to stay

JUST BE AWARE!! Rooms are nice!! But ad is very misleading! Parking isn’t free , and neither is the breakfast We booked 30 min before arriving and tried to cance uppon arrival after finding out parking wasn’t included…they made us wait on the check in area making us believe they would cancel as soon as they received an email!over an hour waiting ! To be told they didn’t approve it(the manager )It was late so we Decided we would stay we weren’t gona loose our money! Well $34 for parking $200 deposit and $20 more for breakfast… and all though breakfast small and limited it was good!! The front Desk how ever was nice and tried to help as much!! But Both EXPEDIA AND THEM HAVE TO UPDATE THEIR AD… parking NOT INCLUDED AND BREAKFAST ISNT EITHER (it’s offered for $20 dollars more)

Needed a hotel to visit San Francisco with my two kids. Hotel offered a good price and had parking available for our sedan ($30). Room was minimal, but beds comfortable, soaps and towels good, and TV. No fridge. Our room faced the non-functional hot tub, but was a very quiet room. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast included some grocery store pastries, coffee and tea with a few random pieces of fruit, but all were good. The neighborhood around the property was 'lower socioeconomic status', but the competitive rate helped offset. Overall, I would stay there again if I could get a reasonably priced room.
