True gem in the heart of San Francisco

Amazing place to stay. The staff was very friendly. We were able to check in a little early and even upgraded to a larger suite at no additional charge. Also they held our luggage while we waited and the day of check out before we left to the airport to return home. The stay included a great continental breakfast. The location is next to the Union Square next to many shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again when we visit San Francisco again. We highly recommend it and the price was perfect.

Cozy spot in San Francisco

It close to Union Square, up from the Powell BART station. Its also close to all the major theaters. Next door is a high end Steak Place. the room was light airy and clean. Good hot water pressure in the shower. Pleasant staff in the lobby. We will come back

Beautiful hotel and a great centralized location. The room was always clean and the staff was out of this world. The only thing is, if you didn't get to the continental breakfast when it opened, you will likely not get anything as they do not restock the pastries or refill the coffee.

Great small hotel on Union Square

Great small, old style hotel conveniently located steps away from Union Square, shops, and all the transport links you need. The rooms are huge, rooms and clean with all the amenities you need. Also nice and quiet. The breakfast was also handy.
