The room was very clean and comfortable. However, no AC, I was given a portable AC with a vent to the window. The breakfast started at 8:00Am - I did not attend due to early conference and flight. Staff was very friendly. Good location.

Location was excellent to Union Square. Luxury shopping nearly. Tiny room with NO AIR CONDITIONING in the property. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, however wheat bread as an option would have been nice. No gym. Really just a place to sleep.

Wouldn’t book here again, there’s was no built in AC, it was hot in the room. They only had a ceiling fan and a heater. Asked for a portable AC which thankfully they had. The guy who came and installed it didn’t even bother to hook it up to the window he assumed we were stupid and wouldn’t notice. The bathroom was very hot and the doors were like stuck you almost got to run into it to open the bathroom door. The room was extremely small and Front desk staff were rude at some point. No parking at all. What a disappointment, book away from downtown! Unless you want to struggle
