I understand that, for environmental or cost-saving reasons, you may choose not to provide disposable toothbrushes in every room. However, I believe that when a guest requests such a basic necessity, the hotel should respond with proper service and care. Charging three dollars for a toothbrush is unreasonable and makes guests feel disrespected. Providing essential items like a toothbrush reflects your attention to guests’ needs and overall service quality. I hope your hotel will reconsider this policy in order to improve the guest experience.
