Everything stood out as Fresh New Style with an eye for standards that are first class. Walking into our room was like sliding into a jacuzzi after spending all day on the slopes. So overall this is a good place to stay if you're just looking for a bed. But I do think it's in need of an update overall. The carpet smelled dingy, the tv had no remote, the showerhead was full of calcium, and the stairway area smelled like pee. But the area was quiet and my neighbors did not make noise. It could use brighter lights and better furniture as well. Overall I don't regret staying here but the staff could make changes that can make the stay so much better

Nice clean, updated room with a comfortable bed. Can’t beat the value being in Cow Hollow, close to Ghirardelli Square and easy to walk or Uber anywhere else in the city. Parking included — nice!
