The place is good for the value , that is fine. The front desk morning person, is just unpleasant to work with. 1. has an attitude toward certain people with specific orientation. 2. Always in a hurry and makes many mistakes - 3. interaction with guests is inconcise, one has to repeart his questions few time. One guest repeated his room number four time before she got it right 4- I complained about 3 things, her only reaction was , "did you tell about it" as if that is what matters the most. 5. room service lacks basic elements - add toiler paper, replace disposable cups 6. Water bottle - love they have eco-awareness, but DO tell guests - do not toss the bottle as you can refll them. 7. Noise level - guest as talking at 11 PM loudly and not guidelines to "just be quite after 10, 11 PM. 8. Car parking - always late, more than 10-13 min to get the cars. 9. Construction on-going, remodeling room, that is fine, but inform guest so we plan ahead. All can be remedies, but poor biased attitude can not be remedied, nor tolerated, and certainly not in SF. Shame, great share. Leave your personal beliefs at home, if you plan to work in hospitality.
