The hotel heating did not work in all 3 rooms we were switched to, we spent most of our time moving rooms and we were only there for one night. The manager gave us back half the price of the room and allowed us to stay past check out so we could explore the city. Although I feel like it should have been free because it was so uncomfortable due to the room temperature. The space heater did not help because of the ventilation of the rooms and one room even had a broken window. We were offered a complimentary stay however it was limited until the end of year and I would not go back in the winter without proper heating.

Pricing is good. Neighborhood gives access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Front desk is friendly. Rooms are clean, hallways and staircases need carpet upgrade or deep clean. like the communal kitchen with water, coffee and a fridge. Very much hostile mode.
