The room configuration was different than shown in the picture. It was L shaped so very limited space to move for 4 people. No view from the window other than another wall. Very noisy as well. My daughter dropped her phone on the side of the bed and it was almost impossible to recover because the bed was so tight to the wall

The proximity to every possible public transit option made this a perfect home base for our 5-night trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room looked and smelled clean, our only issue was with some glitchy light switches — but nothing too frustrating. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others wanting simple and convenient accommodations.

first room was a nice size, however the heater did not work. I was told my staff I would receive a space heater, but they switched me to a smaller room instead. the property was very convenient to public transportation and was walkable.

A few blocks over is less than desirable, however, FOUND is in a safe section of the area and was very walkable to shopping, food and sight seeing. Parking is difficult, but there are parking garages with in and out options up the block!

Great location, with public transport just a short walk away. The area feels safe and clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were super helpful and always willing to make things happen. The common area is a total lifesave, I’d honestly choose this hotel just for that space. It’s a hidden gem in San Francisco, whether you’re here for tourism, business, or conferences.

We had a nice quick trip. The location is right on the edge of a rougher area of SF, and we did have a homeless individual follow us inside, though police responded quickly and removed them. The 2nd floor has a pleasant lounge area with free coffee and tea, which was a nice perk. If you’re a light sleeper, I would avoid a room on the 2nd floor, as we could hear music from the restaurant/bar below until about 2 a.m.
