We are Hilton Diamond members and disgusted by the smell coming from our room (Room 221). Not only did it smell like rotten eggs, sewage and a mixture of gasoline and feces, but my son’s skin is inflamed from itching. Not sure what you have growing in these rooms, but someone should call the health department. We are going to get with American Express to convert all of our points to miles. No more Hilton for us at this point.

Poor service.

The hotel is pretty standard, dated, and cold. My bath drain was blocked too. Most frustrating of all though was I have been unable to get a receipt for the parking. I dont know what its so hard. As it was a work trip I am unable to claim the costs.

Great property. The hot tubs weren’t working, which was a bummer for my kids. This property was super close to the airport and super easy to jump on the shuttle and get to an early flight.
