They denied I had a reservation. Steve at the check in is a piece of work. What unprofessional behavior. Long line of people attempting to check in for over an hour and then turned me away despite my confirmation from Travelocity. Steve and the other large dark hair women are just awful. They give Hilton a bad name

This is the 2nd that I was told on attempt to check in that I did not have a reservation and was told I could pay for a reservation if I wanted one? Steve is the same person that did this prior. I had to leave the hotel, get another uber , find a pay for a last minute reservation and spend 1.5 hours on the phone and Travelocity transferring me and putting me on hold. Travelocity after 1.5 hours and after 10 pm told me to go back to the hotel ???then questioned what Horel I went to? I travel to San Jose every week for 4 years now and work in San Jose, I know what hotel and recognized the jerk “Steve” as he had done this before and he embarrassed me in the busy lobby by basically kicking me out. Travelocity did NOT support or care about anything I was saying

I have stayed at many Doubletree hotels. This was, by far, the most outdated, filthy hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They clearly spent money to renovate the convention hall for meetings, but the entire wing of the hotel with rooms was disgusting. The carpets are old, stained, and frayed. The rooms are old, dark, furniture fading. There’s no refrigerator in the rooms. Lights are missing from the recessed lights. My friend sat in the floor and leaned against the dresser and his sweater was stained with white spots. I would absolutely never stay there again.

I have a feeling we got put into a room that was not renovated to reflect the photos. Seemed dirty and was always stuffy. No refrigerator or microwave. And the parking lot had 2 cars get broken into.
