I went to check in at 10:00pm and they told me they didn't have any rooms available, even though I prepaid and my card was already charged! Completely outrageous and unacceptable! I even called a couple hours before then to verify what their latest check in time was which they told me 2:00 a.m. so they should have told me at that time that they had no more rooms!
