This was our second time staying here. We brought our 13 year old daughter and high energy 9 year old twin boys. The pool and the beach are just perfect. We purchased snorkels from Amazon before our trip and it was well worth it. You can snorkel right at the beach and see some beautiful fish. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The food is great however you don't have too many options. I would highly suggest making reservations either before you go or as soon as you get there. Nori sushi was delicious and so was the hibatchi. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was a garden view deluxe and it was perfect. Every morning we sat outside listening to the birds and watching the palm trees sway. The hotel itself is all open and has a very chill vibe. There is live music most nights. There are golf carts that take you to different places or we preferred to walk because the scenery was so pretty. We booked a rainforest tour with To Do PR and it was awesome. Cliff jumping, water fall slides and rope swing! We did the 7am-12 and glad we did because by noon it was packed. We also did a snorkel and boat excursion to a beautiful island with turquoise waters. There was a huge inflatable slide in the boat that the kids loved. Snorkeling by the reef was magical. We are very excited to come back. We already are missing our daily pina coladas and daiquiri's.

Beautiful property, staff were welcoming and nice. They offer golf cart rides because everything is quite a distance away. The self parking and taxes is a little ridiculous. The room was wonderful, perfect view and comfy bed. The beach and pool were awesome. We ate at Prime it was wonderful.

The staff are amazing, they’re very accommodating, knowledgeable, and kind. I felt very at home because of the staff. The resort was beautifully decorated and I loved that they had a Topgolf suite. The beach isn’t the best, but it’s perfect if you just want to lay on a beach chair and tan.

For what we paid...I expected a bit nicer resort as I'm used to Baha Mar type resorts in Nassau. This place needs work. Last updated probably in 2005. The rooms are a far walk and their golf cart shuttle pick ups are random and Iffy. Especially at check out when I called and the bellman didn't show for 25 minutes. Ordered carryout food at Nori that wasn't ready after an hour of waiting...so I just cancelled it. Nice beach...grounds are good too. Rent a car if you wan't to go anywhere as the resort is 2 miles off the main rd. They need to do better overall.

Beautiful property but poorly managed. Restaurants and bars opened 20-30 min after the stated opening time. Room was not ready and was unable to check in for 2 hours. Once i was able to enter the room it was found to be dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. All of the staff was not hospitable or friendly.

The pools are very nice, although not particularly relaxing because they play very loud music. The restaurants are hit or miss, some have good food and some food is horrible. The property is very big so it could be a long walk to the pools and restaurants depending on which bungalow you are in. The workers use golf carts to get around, which results in guests constantly having to worry about getting hit by a golf cart when walking around, and the exhaust smells horrible. The golf carts should be used less frequently and the workers should walk more to make a more pleasant experience. Overall it was a relaxing stay but the resort could make a few simple changes to make it much better.
