A truly 5 star hotel from the moment you pull over at the entrance. Everyone so attentive, cordial and efficient. As a family we had the best of the stay. I travelled with My service dog and everyone was were very accommodating, I was even able to order food for her from the regular menu. They prepared it for her with not salt or seasoning. I will suggests a dog to add a dog menu that will be quite helpful for those traveling with pets or service dogs that don’t eat kibbles like mine. And dog amenities like dog bed if possible. Otherwise, excellent service. Facilities are super clean and the beach just beautiful

Honestly, spend the extra money on the ocean view. It was an amazing stay and experience. You have to make reservations to eat at hotel restaurants (a little expensive but good) and use red-table (app) for Nectar (probably the best restaurant there). I would have gave the hotel five stars, six if possible- but Nori was such a disappointment. When you stay at hotels like this you remember two things- The experience and the food. Nori an Asian Fusion restaurant used packaged ramen broth and noodles. Don’t get me wrong ramen is great, and yes even on vacation people want to eat ramen. But it was so bad we had to send it back to the kitchen and my Chicken tiki masala, was just as bad. There’s lots of seaweed beds on the beach. Not a disappointment for us, but probably for some. Note: Getting rides is a little difficult from the hotel, but not impossible. Hotel taxi is about $85 one way. Schedule ahead if you can (Uber/ Lyft). The hotel is about 30 to 40 minutes from Old SanJuan and less from the airport. If you’re going to El Yunque without hotel help- know that rider share WILL NOT get you from pick you up. They might drop you off, but then your on your own.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was beautiful grounds with so much to do. The staff was gracious, polite nd helpful. Great atmosphere, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Hotel was very beautiful and clean. Lot of space and great views. Only issue I had was the service was sometimes bad. Felt a bit disrespected.

Second time I’ve stayed here and I absolutely love that it has both pool and private beach access. Could use more umbrellas on the beach but the property and service are 10/10. Looking forward to my next stay!
