A/C kept room cool but initially was too cold. Unable to warm up without use of outdoor air, no heat. Staff helpful person-to-person but not with response to calls. Clean rooms, spacious for a group of 3. The staff was polite and we loved the restaurant access and the area where the hotel is is very good
