The hotel itself felt quite rundown, and unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room made a loud banging noise every 5 to 10 minutes, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Of the four elevators on the property, only one was in service, which caused delays and inconvenience. The safe in our room was dismantled leaving us feeling insecure about the cash we brought with us. While the physical condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired, I will say the staff was very friendly and did their best to be helpful and accommodating throughout the stay.

Horrible layout of rooms - having bathroom n kitchen together. Standing Shower was not closing properly and water all over the floor, causing multiple safety issues..Tripped n fell. None of the tables, Side tables were cleaned.Stains n spills present from prior clients. Only one lift was working. Room was not cleaned properly. One light didn't work, complained but asked to call at different times and eventually gave up. Resort location is good, will never stay in these rooms , smelly n bad. Will not recommend to anyone.
