The location and pools are fantastic. Building needs some love or $. Room waa not clean enough for my standards example the mirrors had smudges. One elevator being broken was defnitley awful, i expected it to have been fixed by the time i stayed after reading about it 3months prior

Well when we got there we were charged for parking, house keeping, towels at the pool. Both main elevators broke down. I recommend getting a car for far away experiences. Shopping was amazing and so was the food.we went snorkeling and scuba diving both were amazing

It was so beautiful the staff were so welcoming and everyone there was so helpful I must say that even after check out it was the fasted refund for incidental fees . I have stayed in a few hotels in PR but this one is my favorite I will be returning here again .

This hotel was a 10 for me. It had everything for your convenience and was close to lots of restaurants where you could walk. If you're not a walker, a taxi is always there and very inexpensive, too. You’d have to be a very picky person who finds issues with everything to not like this place staff are all super nice and please remember you can’t go to a Spanish-speaking place and expect everyone to speak English, a lot of them speak both languages and even if they didn’t speak English I was not bothered their services is great.

I really love the hospitality, the pool , beach access , accessibility to the mall, restaurants and my ocean view room was breathtaking, it’s a really great hotel and the staff is beyond wonderful , however the rooms need some serious upgrading. Also my room was so dusty , a lot of things were not working. , the light fixture in the bathroom by the safe was broken. The soap holder was broken , the light by the bed was broke a lil mold in the ceiling of the shower a lot of things were just worn out . But it’s really a great hotel it just need some remodeling. I really enjoyed my stay there. Would I book agin probably not I would go to the sister hotel across the street from them.

I am an avid traveler, and I am quite disappointed with the guest services at this hotel. I am unsure if anyone pays attention to these reviews, but I feel compelled not to share my experience. I cannot recommend this hotel, nor would I choose to stay here again if I return to Puerto Rico.
