The property overall was great. Iguanos restaurant was amazing. However, the construction was very disruptive in the room. It goes from 9am - 7pm everyday. If you’re wanting to relax in the room before getting dinner after a long day at the beach, forget about it. Also, make sure to ask for an itemized receipt at the pool. We asked for pina coladas, and they all did not have alcohol in them, but we were charged for it. When we presented this to the waitress (which came around every 45 minutes), she brought us a shot of rum to go with our already melted drinks. I love Puerto Rico, but I will not be returning to this resort.

This was a beautiful resort with a very nice variety of pools, beach access, ping pong, pool tables, basketball and tennis courts, a gym, spa, and multiple golf courses. The grounds were beautifully manicured with exotic flowers in lovely gardens. The menus are pricey and gratuity is not included, but the food is quite good and is fresh and flavorful. Parking is also convenient but very expensive ($18/day in March 2025). Overall, this resort was outstanding for those who can afford high prices plus gratuities for staff and service. As a single mom with a teen and a young adult, we had to avoid the restaurants requiring reservations due to the high prices and we ate mostly at 5 O’clock Somewhere, the Tiki Bar, and Roots to find prices for food within our budget.

The only place i could pay cash was in the gift shop. I would have appreciated info in the room regarding each of the restaurants, a room service menu, pool areas info and beach info and open and closing times. Also, after dark there is nothing to do other than go to one of the 2 bars. 1 bar has live music, but it is so loud bc of all the concrete and tile in the lobby. The outsise lawn is the perfect place to have an outside area with live music and dancing but that doeant exist. There are some activities for little kids, but nothing for preteens or teens to do other than the pools and beach. There was a mention somewhere of beach volleyball but that didn't exist either. So much potential that is lost. There could be a guest that comes in a couple times a week with animals in the area and talks about the animals of peurto rico. Could be entertaining for kids of all ages and their parents. Not everyone wants to spend another $200-300 per person for excursions. Bring some activities and experiences to the resort. The ciatid the resoet and foida are nit cheap, so why nit orovide some of theae experiences to enhance they stay . Could be group dancing lessons, group music lessons about popular music on P.R. like mariachi or percussion instrumentswith

Gorgeous gated property on a lot of land (huge golf course), easy access to the beach and loungers, multiple pools (some adults only) and a kids area, lots of activities for kids and games like table tennis, billiards, soccer. Staff were very accomodating. There is a pay per day parking structure if you rented a vehicle ($18/day as I am writing this review). I enjoyed our view and hearing the cocqui tree frogs at night.

Great family resort in PR

Great resort for family vacation. The right mix of quality amenities without being overly stuffy. Pros: grounds, beach, pools, comfort, service, food Cons: costs, rough surf, lack of top shelf liquors, nightlife
