There was no ice machine, no microwave. The owner was rude and disrespectful. Overall, the only good thing about the place was that moral Bay Rock was right across the street. And the surrounding businesses were wonderful.

I loves the ease of parking and the location. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was good. Everything, as expected for the area, was older and not kept up as well as it should be. You could hear everything from outside and the rooms nearby, but luckily it's at the end, closer to the water, so there is less noise than other areas may have. The owner was sweet and takes great care of the plants and courtyard area. I love how easy he made late check-in. It is walking distance from food, shopping, and charters for fishing. Unfortunately late at night there were very loud people drinking in the parking lot, and because it's a dog friendly place there was some additional noise from dogs. Overall, I would stay there again if I needed to be in the area, I just wish the amenities were a little better.

Great location!

Cute little motel! I really enjoyed its location near a lot of restaurants, cafes and the ocean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was small but the bed mattress was fantastic and I got a lot of rest.

This hotel is in a prime location just across the street from the water and on the road with all the shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean. The rooms on the second floor have a beautiful view of Morro Rock.

We enjoyed our stay overnight. It was very convenient with plenty of parking. Very walkable to restaurants and the pier. They have a cute little patio and lounge area right in front where you can relax and observe all the comings and goings. Our room was on the ground floor next to the amenities/stock room and there were a lot of flies that seemed to have disappeared the next morning. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

When we pulled back our sheets to get in bed, we discovered grated American cheese pieces stuck to the top sheet. It was obvious these sheets were never replaced from the previous guests. VERY small place! Unit #7. Great location, though!
