Room was fairly nice for the price; staff was nice. We requested a top floor via Expedia and were given a room on the 1st floor, despite arriving at 3pm check-in time on Friday. We asked for the room to be serviced and only the garbages were taken out and coffee refilled, nothing else; beds not made.

Just here for a shower and a sleep. Clean comfy bed. A/C and Fan ..fireplace is cute ...but I'm a woman of a certain age iykyk. Pretty sure they have a water softener so go easy on the shampoo or you'll be rinsing all day . Walls are thin. I could hear conversation in the next room and lots of thumps and bumps ... Definitely will stay here again . It would be great with the grandkids.

It was a very welcome place. Comfortable beds. Working gas fireplace with easy on and off. Remodeled and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will come back in the future when the weather is better.

The room was impeccably clean and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the fireplace did not work, but considering the warm, perfect October evening it was not really needed.

It was a 2 nights trip. Property is on a main road. The main (front) parking was completely full with an extra car blocking others, right in front of the office/reception area. Had to park on the street. When going to the room saw a worker on a stepladder drilling above our door, pushing cable inside. There was lots of drywall dust and wood shavings on the floor when we opened the door. He asked to come inside and vacuum with an upright house vacuum. No shop vac, no English speaking when I asked what’s all that. Felt I was at a jobsite. It was our 20 yr anniversary. Not happy! Both nights we were woken up around 4:30am from someone loading and unloading a pickup truck at the back parking area. The window by the bed is facing that area- and all the noise at 4;30am. Very upsetting! Room , besides cleaning the drywall dust at arrival, was clean. There was a tiny kitchen with really old cabinets, countertop and a tiny cooktop. Good small fridge with freezer, a few plates and few dull knives. Bathroom was clean and updated. There was a gas fireplace but we never used it. I had never seen solid pull down window blackout shades with coastal pictures printed on them! Overall, I will never go there again. There are other better options in the area.

The front desk left me keys for late arrival in a lock box. The roo was clean and mostly quiet. There was a lot of construction noise during the day. Most people would be outside, but I was tired and wanted to rest so the noise was not welcomed. Otherwise a decent stay.

Never saw a staff member. The coffee maker was broken. No furniture in the room to relax also we were handicapped seniors and had a dog. You chose not to accommodate us and put us on the 2nd floor. No ice machine on the second floor so inconvenient.

Coastal overnight

Original room was not ready, upgraded to a suite (thank you). The room was clean but outdated. The lighting was poor (extra bright ceiling lights & a couple of dim desk lights). The gas fireplace didn't work. Check in was easy. No added services (coffee, breakfast, etc).
