I was surprised how scratched the furniture was, and we stayed 2 nights, another thing I was surprised is that there was no sign asking if we wanted our beds made or clean towels, so I figured they would do it automatically, didn't happen. For the amount the room cost I expected the beds to be made and have clean towels on the following day. Personnel were very nice at the front desk. I would stay again, but for those rates, I don't know.

The room was ok but had a strong smell if the cleaning solutions they use to clen the room.. . Almost over powering. It is an older building and it shows. The staff was very friendly though. Pricing was very high but it was Thanksgiving weekend.

The stay was nice and comfy, but I was a bit bummed that none of the elevators worked. I had someone with a disability, and it was really tough. Plus, there was no room to sit during breakfast; most people were standing and eating.

I stay here every time I stop by pismo. It’s a must! I know there are newer upgraded hotels but this one is a gem. They offer free breakfast. Its right by the water and volleyball nets. Everything is walking distance. The best part is the pool and jacuzzi. Which is the main reason I book. Unfortunately, pool was closed due to a leak. The issue was fixed the next morning. So that’s great. I just wished that I had more time to enjoy the pool before checkout.

Rooms were not as clean as previous stays. Sand was already in sheets so I don’t think they were washed. Shower had a long black hair on wall. Pool was green and closed. I have stayed many times before. This time it felt very dirty.

Rooms are close to the beach. Perfect for taking the dog down for a stroll amd bathroom break. Rooms do have very thin walls so if you're in need of absolute quiet, I would not recommend.
