Staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was great. The snacks is over priced for a candy bar. Rats crawling through the parking lot and under cars at night.

We usually try to stay at a Hampton when we travel. Young lady who checked us in was very friendly and personable. Wish there was a shelf for my personal hair/body products in the shower. I accidentally hit my head on the door handle of the shower. Wish you had blackout curtains in the room. I will still choose Hampton 😃

Loud and Noisy airconditioning units

My stay was great except.for one important issue..The airconditioning unit.was very noisy and loud..its is hard to sleep...I actually booked two rooms and both were the same..

We arrived late but cool part is there is a cemetery next door lol overall the building was clean only issue was the AC. It made so much noise during the night. It was hard to sleep. Luckily it was cold outside and placing it on fan was okay. But room 244 needs to have its AC fixed. So besides the sleepless night the rest was okay. Not the best I’ve stayed at though. Oh and the staff were very blah. Spoke careless and simple.

We could hear every car driving down the freeway all night and every truck and motorcycle driving would wake me up.. and I even had my son's sound machine on in the room. Imagine how bad it would have been without the sound machine. Also tons of dogs everywhere. For people with dog allergies this could be an issue. Rooms were clean, the hallways had a smell to them, not necessarily a bad odor maybe chemically, it was odd I couldn't place it. Staff was friendly and quick.

We had a great stay! My son ended up injuring his knee and we were upgraded to a suite since they couldn’t fit a rollaway bed into the standard room - excellent surprise! Check in was easy and parking was a breeze. Room was super spacious and perfect for our family. Room and property was both nice and clean. The bed could use an upgrade but overall wasn’t terrible. We’d definitely stay again!

Sleepless on 1st Night

Not so amazing. I needed a 2 queen bed room for me and my wife and 8 year old child. I was in Rm. 211 and ants were found on wall by electrical plugs by TV. I was given alcohol spray to eliminate the ants when checking-in in the evening. When going to bed I heard loud noises on the ceiling like furnitures dragging. I woke up at 2:09am, then at 4:01am, then at 5:15am from the noise. Only to learn that our room was below the dining and kitchen area. I went down the lobby asking to be switched to another room. None available until 3pm. I was upset. Come 3pm I was moved to the top floor Rm 408 with no one above me. That was much better and caught with sleep the day after. The only good experience was coffee and hot water available at the lobby 24/7 and the breakfast was great with warm scrambled eggs and sausages with muffins, waffle makers, toasters, bread and muffins. The room I was in was not good until I was brought up to the 4th floor.
