I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when going to Pismo. This is the first time I came back after it has been touched up. It is a nice and quiet place to stay, located near highway 1 but you could hardly hear the traffic. Location is a short drive to stores, beach, and pier.

Seen the rat slide under the door after we found the droppings. We started shaking out our clothes and the rat ran for the door gap in room 139 and escaped. Then we reported and they didn’t care. Plus we provided the proof of the droppings and still. No accountability or action.
