short trip to atascadero where I used to live for many years. spacious room. construction project next door but no one working it on the weekend which may be a bad deal during the week. close to downtown core that has finally been revitalized. great hotel for families and very reasonable price for what you get.

Short Winetasting Trip to Paso

Very clean property in newer hotel (5 years old). Friendly staff and clean comfortable spacious room. Breakfast was basic but very convenient and a nice perk. Coffee was better than other comparable hotels. I would stay here again when we come to Paso again.

Fix breakfast

Everything was nice except breakfast. The breakfast was awful! I went down for breakfast at 6:50. When the breakfast area was opened at 7, everything was lukewarm. The sausage was wet (not sure if it was grease or water) and cold. What was even more ironic is that there was a poster on the wall in the elevator advertising the “make your own breakfast sandwich” with choices not offered at the breakfast bar. We have stayed at the hotel many times but they need to improve the quality of the breakfast or stop offering it. It was insulting.

I have been staying here about six times now and I have had good experiences until now! First of all I did not feel welcomed at all. Breakfast used to be better. I asked for orange juice and I was told ‘we only have what is there in the machine’ so no orange juice! When room service was done no extra towels were given no toilet paper was placed. There were also dirty socks behind the air conditioner. Had to go down to front desk to ask for more coffee packets, toilet paper and more towels throughout my stay of a week. Please do better! Be more welcoming smile more especially to people that rarely asks for anything and tries not to bother anyone compared to other guests that I see that complain for any little thing and even them it seems like they get better treatment. Other than this it was ok. Just lack of towels, coffee packets and toilet paper. Did not like the breakfast, there was no orange juice and the lady in front desk did not explain why. There were dirty socks behind the air conditioner and the bedspread had red stains on it. Unacceptable in my opinion. Hope this helps you do better!

The hotel was nice, clean, and the room was spacious. Check in/out was fast. Breakfast was decent but food items and utensils were running out way too fast on a very busy Saturday morning. Guests had to keep asking for plates/utensils but the staff weren't too happy or just looked annoyed.

Hotel and staff were amazing and very accommodating. Breakfast was good, and kept warm. The suite was well-equiped if you needed/wanted to cook in your room, juat sign out a hot plate to cook. Pool was nice and warm for our evening swim. The only "bad" thing was the TV kept losing signal/reception, but was resolved quick enough. Overall amazing stay, and will stay at another Home2 Suites in the future!

Not good if you have CPAP or Medical Device

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, but I did ask for a call as soon as I could check in and never received one. If you have a CPAP or any medical device that have to be plugged in, be aware that the outlets are on a motion sensor. We were not told about this and we're up all night because my husband's CPAP machine kept turning off and we could not figure out why. It was a nightmare. I brought this to the staffs attention in the morning and that is when I was told there were some outlets that ran on a motion sensor. That is something that every guest should be made aware of at check-in. People with serious medical issues that require a devise to sleep or whatever the situation is, is a serious issue when it does not work. Had I not been there with him it could have been much worse.

The property had lots of parking. Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and got us anything we needed when we asked. The room was comfortable and clean. There is not a lot in the area but thats fine a quick drive gets you anything you need and want.

An amazing comfortable stay. Friendly staff and tons of amenities. Very clean! Room had everything we could possibly need. My husband travels a LOT for business and will now seek out a Home 2 Suite as his first choice.
