Property is clean and so are the rooms, very well cared for. Noisy, walls are hear your neighbor snore thin. Low price attracts families with small kids, small noisy kids :). By train tracks, one block away, I only heard trains during daylight and only a couple. Good place for a night maybe two. Dining isnt super close.

Great value. Clean and pleasant. Good service. The only complaint I have is how thin the walls are between rooms. You can hear just about everything from your neighbors. Luckily I had brought ear plugs.
