There was only one person on staff when I arrived at 6pm. There was a "back in one hour" sign" hanging on the lobby door. I hate to wait for over an hour to check in. Good breakfast buffet though.

First room we were in, the ceiling collapsed on the bed. They moved us to a suite where the whole room reeked of urine. Elevator didn’t work. Bath towels were crunchy. The guy who worked at the front desk was passive aggressive in every dealing. When he switched our room, he said, “thanks for being **slightly** understanding.” (And for context, I never got upset so I’m not sure how much more understanding I was supposed to be.)

The elevator was down and our room was on the third floor. The man at the front counter said the place we booked our stay should have notified us about the elevator not working. But other than that we had a great stay!
