Close to downtown SLO, very close to freeway entrance, some restaurants close by. Parking is decent. Property is dated. We stayed in a 3 bedroom family suite that was a converted 2 bedroom apartment. Couch had two big holes in it. Hairdryer in bathroom did not work. Beds were okay.

Needs a remodel. The room walls and floors were grimy. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The linens are so old they are gray colored, not white. One wall outlet by the bed was covered in duct tape. The room smelled terrible and made us have allergic reactions from most likely mold.

Very hard to get into the room because either the locking mechanism was going out or the handle needed to be replaced. Became a bigger issue at night when there was no one available in the front office or anyway to contact someone. Took me 30 min playing with the lock to finally get into the room ☹️
