Good afternoon. It has been a couple of weeks since this experience, but I felt it was important to share this review with the team due to how uncomfortable our visit was. My husband and I were seated at the bar for quite some time before being acknowledged. During that period, multiple heterosexual couples who arrived after us, both seated next to us and at nearby tables, were greeted and served immediately. We have never experienced treatment where we were not only ignored, but also not offered the appetizer that was being provided to other guests that evening. The situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The bartender would not make eye contact with us, which demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide a welcoming environment for all guests. As a result, my husband and I left the establishment feeling very disappointed and humiliated. I hope someone from management will reach out so that we can further share and discuss our experience.
