Bathroom was very dirty upon check-in with pubic hairs around the toilet and bathtub. There was an overflowing garbage bag right outside the room door that was there during check-in and until we checked out. The AC in the room was not working.

The room next door was playing loud music and having a party from 2 AM to 5 AM. We reported the disturbance to the front desk three times, but the hotel staff did nothing. They kept saying they were reaching out to the hotel manager, but they never got any feedback. They even said the manager was probably asleep. At the end they called that room to be quiet and the party was about to finish, people were leaving. Worst stay ever. The hotel didn’t value their customers. And people stayed there don’t have basic manners.

We arrived after midnight and used the computer kiosk inside the lobby. The man was pleasant and helpful. Check in went smoothly even though it was my first time using the kiosk.

Unfortunately our most recent stay was not satisfactory. We had stayed her about a year ago and it was clean and quiet. Both times I had booked 6 reservations for our group. There was a very loud group making a lot of noise till 2am and no one is staffed at night, so no one to call. In the morning there was no hot for any of the reservations in my group

Honestly, this was a decent hotel room. Given the location, the price was incredibly reasonable. The room was clean, smelled great, walkable to restaurants and Walmart, just a short drive to Pismo Beach, SLO and a blip longer for Santa Barbara… The man who checked me and was incredibly kind and very accommodating. He even asked me if I preferred to top or bottom floor, which was incredibly helpful given the fact that I have three young children. I was very impressed by him. I would absolutely stay here again. I didn’t even use any of the amenities is like the free breakfast, the fire pit, etc. I just slept in the room.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing & did not reflect the price paid. The room was extremely dirty and clearly in need of a deep cleaning. The walls had what appeared to be old food and other residue on them, and there were visible signs of black mold. The baseboards, which were barely attached, appeared to have been installed to cover previously rotted wood. Overall, the property gave the impression of an old hoarder house that had been hastily “flipped” with cheap fixes to mask underlying issues. The a/c was sticky to tough & was so loud it was impossible to sleep, even for someone who enjoys white noise. My spouse went to sleep in our car. Check-in was handled remotely by someone outside the country, and it was apparent the property is not being properly managed or maintained. Overall, it felt neglected, unclean, and far below the standard expected for the price. I would not recommend staying here.
