while renovations are going on in other buildings, we had to switch rooms due to lack of cleanliness. there were stains on wall and ceilings. some bulbs were out and air conditioner unit /phone wasn't working properly. the room we were switched to immediately, was alot cleaner and accommodated us during our stay.

When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. No smile, no greeting. When I opened the door to my room, it had an awful smell to it. First thing I noticed were both beds looked half-made, with the foot of the bed tucked in and the rest of the sheets hanging out. The toilet seat lid was up, like a man had used it. The toilet paper was just hanging there, without the usual hotel fold. When I went to put my stuff in the mini fridge, someone else's food was in there, so that clearly doesn't get checked or cleaned. There was also a puddle of sticky stuff on the floor next to the bed. The 'heated pool' was freezing cold and the hot tub says it seats 8, but with 3 people in it, it was pretty packed. I paid a $100 deposit but feel like they should have paid me to stay there. I won't be back any time soon.

The room was clean and of a good size for 4 of us. There was really effective air con in the room as well as spacious parking, in fact we parked outside our door. There is a heated pool and hot tub. We had pastries and coffee along with juice for the breakfast. Would have liked a coffee machine in the room.
