Our room had a large balcony and from it during daylight hours we could see the ocean. The hotel is on a bluff but has stairs where guests can walk down to Pismo Beach and walk for miles on the pristine sand and then on the Boardwalk. You can also walk to the cute shops and onto the Pismo Pier. The pier has a Christmas tree lit up at night that you can see from the hotel.

We had a beachfront room, and it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The room itself was top notch and the views of the ocean cant be beat.

I booked my room through Expedia I got the “best” room they offered witch was ocean view with a king size bed I assumed the view of the ocean would be beautiful since the pictures Expedia showed seem amazing when we got there we were told the best ocean view rooms were only booked directly through the hotel and of course all rooms were booked! On a Tuesday night no other option but to stay when we get to the room we expected a nice view of the ocean but instead got fences all around the pool where they are doing remodeling on the pool witch took away from ocean view

I reserved through a 3rd party so when we arrived the lady that checked us in was very friendly. We reserved a king ocean view. The hotel pool was under construction and our room was right in front. She said the next day we could move to a different room with a better view. We were very Thankful that she did this as the 2nd room was on the 4th floor with no one to the left of us- the view was Beautiful. The only thing that I need to complain about was the water pressure in the 2nd room. The 1st room the water pressure was just fine, the 2nd one was horrible. It barely came out and it took forever and then it turned off- I don't know if it was because it was running to long but it was bad. Other than that the staff and everyone was great.

Breakfast was just ok but they were really nice. Pool was closed for some reason but they let us swim at their sister hotel if we wanted. Overall it was a great experience.
