I stayed here with some of my coworkers while attending a conference. This was the second time we have stayed at the Ayer’s and it won’t be the last… very nice rooms, good staff and we love that there’s an area to hang out in the evening! Nice patio area and the breakfast is good too.

We needed a place to stay while our home was getting work done for a week. All of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, we ate there nearly every morning. Our room was clean, the beds comfy, the AC crisp, and a nice sized bathroom as well. Our literal only complaint would be that the pet relief area, as well as all of the landscaped areas, were just filled with giant mulch, which made them nearly impossible for our small dog to use comfortably. We had to use a small area outside of the townhomes across the street daily, which I felt bad about as it belonged to that community. Overall an excellent stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and cared for.

Omelet bar was a nice surprise for breakfast. The staff was very efficient and friendly! The front desk staff who checked us gave a warm welcome after a long day of travel and chaotic visit to Legoland - informed us of the on-site food offerings so we wouldn't have to drive around for dinner... even gave a us a follow up call because we checked in near the last call. Will be including Ayres in our very short list to consider when we travel.

My initial experience when I arrived was great. Very sweet personnel but the TV didn’t work and I was told a couple of times someone would contact me to talk to them and the manager was left a message about it and I’m still waiting, even after an email I sent. Nothing, definitely not staying there again. So no TV at all.. considering I went to the room early to relax and watch some TV
