Bathroom was kind of uncomfortable There is no fan inside. Toilet is middle of the bathroom so not comfortable. Also toilet paper holder is hard to use it.

We had a wonderful stay, great place for kids of all ages. One of the elevators was out of service, so it was really congested and long wait times to get up and down from the 3rd floor. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but very obviously understaffed and stressed out. The rooms were still being cleaned when we checked in at 10pm on a Friday. Overall, we had a great stay. Hopefully the second elevator is fixed soon and they can hire more employees.

It took us 3 rooms to find a bed frame and that wasn’t broken. We drove 5 hours and were ready to settle in and relax but when we checked In and sat on the bed it made this horrible noise that we wouldn’t be able to sleep through so instead of trusting what we said the maintenance was sent to check our complaint. Once realizing our complaint was valid they switched us to the room next door which was also broken. 😞 The maintenance then told us the room had been previously rented to teenagers who had too much fun***. Whatever the reason we were ready to settle down and get situated after a long drive. Anyways after we were placed into a room that was not broken it was overall a good stay maybe look into quality control?

Appreciated the complimentary snacks and two drinks for the adults in the evening and breakfast for all in the morning. Disappointed pool was inoperable. One of the reasons I booked this Embassy Suites in San Rafael was so my grandsons would have an indoor pool to swim in. Gabe at the front desk when checking in was very nice.

I travel & stay out about 5 times a year.This Embassy Suites is one of the nicest locations I have been to this year. It was right across the highway from a mall featuring plenty of food choices & convenient shopping. Sadly the elevator at our end if the hotel was out if order & there was a huge youth basketball tournament happening in the area so wait times to use the working 2 elevators could be time consuming. The hotel is also pet friendly & it was enjoyable to see families traveling with their "fur babies" accepted at the hotel. Breakfast was a treat with a vast variety of choices and wide window of serving times. Next time I need to travel through the area this Embassy Suites will be my choice!

My family and I have stayed at this Embassy Suites for many years. One of the things that I loved was the quality of the food. This time around we noticed the poor quality in all the dinning area. From the food to the forks. I couldn’t believe they also charged for parking. Not sure if I would stay there again.

The staff at the front desk were helpful. The breakfast provided options, however the property in reality was not as it was pictured online. The pool was small and the water was cloudy. There were no fire pits outdoors as shown online and the images of the redwood lodge looking exterior was completely misleading and not accurate. Thought we arrived to the wrong property. I had to look at our reservation and photos to confirm location. We will not return to this property.
