Property is very nice The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent. Hotel is across the street from beach access. Hearst Castle is within 5 minutes having a great time. Really appreciate the hotel. There are several restaurants close by also.

Wonderful facility! Clean, and well appointed. Rooms with disabled access/bathroom and shower are available. Loved the retro microwave and refrigerator with matching coffee maker. Nice touches like cookies at checkin, gift of toy cars to go with the auto/motorcycle theme and water bottles in the room. Minutes north of Cambria at significant discount! Check it out on your way to see the elephant seals or on your way to tour Hearst Castle. Can't say enough good things. With Hiway 1 being closed for so long, these businesses need our support.

The staff was very welcoming and you got warm cookies and complementary water which you don’t see often anymore. They made you feel like you were staying at a friend‘s house rather than a motel. And bonus you also get matchbox cars! I would definitely recommend for family and anybody.

Perfect!

Perfectly accommodating, especially since I had a late arrival and early departure. Had everything I needed and very comfortable. I was there for work so I didn’t get to enjoy it, but it’s directly across the street from the ocean, so close I could hear the waves crashing. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely stay!

Beds & pillows are terrific! I always sleep so well here! It’s an older motel but much has been done to update & improve it. The owners are actively involved running it & they are like old friends. The indoor pool area is great for a group gathering. Probably one of the biggest assetts. Recent AAA club rating shows the owners continuous upgrades are bearing fruit.

The owners of this place are absolutely AMAZING! My truck broke down and had to fix it in the parking lot, while fixing it they made sure I was okay, fed me and let me borrow a tool to get me back on the road. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely be staying here again. 10/10 would recommend
