When we arrived to check in the office/lobby was locked, no employee on premises. Call went straight to voicemail, left message and as of 18 hours later no return call. Went to Holiday Inn and got a room

Great property, great staff, and while it may not be a Marriott or Hilton it is a great place to stay and walk on the lake front beach. The restaurant on site has c really great food that is made fresh.

Perfect location and so nice to be on the beach. The floors are tiled and it’s an older hotel but it was a two night stay so it’s fine for a short stay.

The check in time is a little late (3 to 4pm), but they will let you go on the beach to wait, which was lovely. There's also a beach front restaurant right next door. Wonderful stay, friendly staff!

Pros and cons

Location was perfect. Pros… It’s next to a nice restaurant on the beach. Next to the jet skis (my kids rented). Right on the beach. Decor in room was nice. Cons… people right outside your window smoking. Kids running upstairs sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. Beds were terrible! Stayed 3 nights and everyone had back aches by time we left.

Beautiful beachfront resort

This is a beautiful area and a great hotel to stay in. It is right on the beach and very quiet. The room was spacious and decorated in beach decor.

Absolutely lovely stay! The staff was very friendly and the setting right on Lake Erie is just perfect. Dock’s next door was perfect place to walk over in your beach cover-up and have dinner. Delicious food. Hotel and restaurant, 10 out of 10!

Cute motel on the beach. Looks nicer in person than in pictures! Beautiful location on the beach. I would definitely stay again. We only had problems with the WiFi but my kids survived.
