From the time I walked in the door, the staff was friendly and courteous and professional, and highly attentive to my every need. The room was clean, and most importantly it was quiet. Train track right next to my window and they went by all night made the whole room shake. Soon as I walked in note on pool door, pool and hot tub have no heat, that is the reason I picked this hotel. No problem with the room it was clean bathroom was nice and everything worked.
