Lake front hotel nice views.They are in the process of repainting the rooms. My room was nice carpet was clean. Tub shower desperately needs new caulking .

My husband is handicap and they move use from the second floor to the first floor. Without any problems. And the man at the desk said that are room was not ready but he said that he would call us when it was ready. And he called 10 mins later and said that it was ready. And he was supper nice. The room was very clean.

The manager Shariq was very kind during check-in and accommodated my daughter arriving late (had to leave room keys for her) my room had no heat woke up at 2am after I couldn't take it anymore, Shariq was prompt in changing our room--just found our original room dirty--bathroom I found dirt/hair etc while Clorox wipe cleaning and there was a long hair on the lamp base (eww) and then the heat didnt work--the bed was lumpy and the comforter had stains on it--oh the nightstand had a stain also--just looks like they dont spend the money to upgrade when items get damaged/stained and no excuse to have a thermostat that wouldnt turn on

Not so great hotel anymore

I have stayed at this hotel many times. But this trip wasn't so good. Bathtub was dirty, had to buy a wrench to fix the shower head cause it was leaking. Wifi was non existent in our room and 2 different front desk clerks had messaged the manager about the situation but never was resolved. All trash cans around the facility was full most of the time. Had to buy own toilet paper cause we only had 1.5 rolls of paper. Most employees were at the owners other hotel next door to shut it down. Will never stay here again.

A few positives: fridge was cold. A/C kept room cool .Bed was comfortable. Negatives: cheap see through curtains. No room darkening shades. Broken drain in tub and dirty stained tub. Cob webs in ceiling. Wallpaper coming away from bathroom wall especially around electrical outlet. It was completely pulled away. Bottom of bathroom door coming apart. Would not recommend this place.

This hotel is older, but perfectly fine!! It has an awesome lakefront patio and pool. The place is reasonably priced, clean, and safe. And they have a decent breakfast included .

This place smelled horrible (like animal urine) as soon as you walked in the door to the building. We got to our room and there were burns all over the tables, boogers on the wall. The bathroom floors were not mopped and you could see the dirt on the floors, the tub had mold around the seals. The pool was cloudy. The only thing this place has in a view if you go outside. Pictures on this are very deceiving. I would recommend going down the street somewhere else.

No window blinds or curtains, whirlpool tub was filthy dirty with mold and mildew all over it. Hotel clerk was rude and inconsiderate, very unprofessional. Offered us another room for same price miles away from location, mind you we were staying there for the lake view and whirlpool tub for 2. Other location was miles from lake, so what exactly was we paying for? I would recommend that no one stays here!
