Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction began on 12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. The building 4 elevator is up and running!***The pool is also open.***
