My family has been vacationing on Sanibel for over 50 years and we are original owners at Hurricane House. Our second floor unit has two bedrooms and two baths with a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the main living area and a full kitchen. Our unit is situated on the corner of the building with windows facing the south and west so the unit is very bright and cheery.

There are only 15 units in this two building development which is professionally managed and meticulously maintained by Hilton Grand Vacations. The property has a private pool and two whirlpools on the Gulf side that are situated between the two buildings. It's a very quiet and relaxing environment with a spectacular view of the Gulf from our unit. In fact, our friends say we have a $10 million view..

If you like activity, there is an excellent tennis court with Pickleball lines right outside the buildings that sees very limited use throughout the day. Guests also enjoy complimentary tennis privileges and greens fees at the nearby 18-hole championship golf course at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from J. N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge. You'll find features such as an outdoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. A kitchen and 2 bathrooms are available in the condo.
